Returns Policy

We hope you love your album as much as we loved creating it! However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can help.

For pre-designed albums, returns may be accepted if the item is:

• Unused
  
• In its original condition
  
• Returned in the original packaging
  

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be sent back within 14 days once approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your album arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or solution.
